Instagram post 17869198382423502 We’re pleased to tell you that @amassfriedchicken is returning next week!

A few upgrades have been made, but the concept remains unchanged: high-quality fast food, made from organic produce, along with fine wine, at affordable prices.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Instagram post 17879010086235403 For the second year in a row, we're unable to host the Blackout Dinner. We could spend a lot of time and text talking about how sad that is, but instead we’d rather remind you that Earth Hour is tonight at 21.30 (Danish time) and we urge you turn of your lights for an hour tonight. It’s important.

We're proud and honored to receive the 2021 'Ethical & Sustainability Award' from @laliste1000 for our zero waste efforts!

"Matt Orlando, an American based in Denmark, works towards sustainability 24/7. Between 90% and 100% of his produce comes from organic, local and ethical producers and farmers. His dishes include a candied pumpkin emulsion with crab, salted pumpkin seeds, spicy pork fat and fennel seeds, or a grilled duck with quince, marinated wild rose and walnut milk. Every single part of every ingredient is used. Anything that can’t be cooked is composted. And anything that can’t be composted is turned into biodiesel or biogas. Recycling, saving water, and reducing its carbon footprint are all part of the restaurant's daily routine."

Instagram post 17858605034376871 Happy New Year! 2020 was, well, different, and like most other businesses in our industry, we’re looking forward to a fresh start in 2021, more specifically (if everything goes well 🤞) from the 19th of January.

Despite the hardship and turmoil that dominated and defined much of 2020, here at Amass, it has also been a year full of good times and nice surprises; spring and summer were beautiful and much busier than we had anticipated, the quality of the products we received from our wonderful network of farmers, producers and fishermen have been second to none, you all welcomed @amassfriedchicken with open arms and minds, and most importantly, you all came out and supported us - and thereby our mission of creating a more responsible restaurant - in numbers that far surpassed our imagination. Thank you, we can't wait to see you again soon!
